If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with a description of the issue and we will help you to the best of our ability. If there is a defect or inclusion that wasn't otherwise noted, I am happy to replace with another item of equal or less value, or issue a full refund, minus shipping, once the situation has been evaluated. If you simply change your mind upon receiving the item, a full refund (minus shipping) will be provided once the item is received back. You will have 5 days from the date of the package being delivered, to request a return/refund. The item must be received back within 7 days from the return request being made. All refunds will be made to the original payment method and the return address will be provided at the time of the return request being made.

Shipping
All items have a processing time of 1-3 business days, unless it is a made-to-order piece. In those cases, the extended processing times will be noted with the item description. First class shipping is without insurance and if chosen, your order will not be protected in case of being lost. Priority shipping ensures your product is insured up to $100 and protected in the case of the package being lost. Shipping options and prices are available during checkout.
