Skaggs Jasper Cabochon

Skaggs is one of the rarer Oregon jaspers, once found in the Ochoco Forest. It's a old classic and increasingly difficult to find. It typically featues deep teals, sometimes white lighting strikes and even splashes of purple (when you're lucky). The more I cut into this material, the more unique colors and patterns appear that I've would've never imagined even possible. One cab I cut had a plume, which is crazy rare for jaspers! This teal beauty remains amongst my top 3 favorite jaspers.
